GMAIL IMAP SETTINGS
Gmail requires an App Password for third-party applications. Use these IMAP settings to connect Gmail with any application.
Important:Gmail requires 2-Step Verification and App Password for IMAP access. Regular password authentication is no longer supported.

G SUITE (GOOGLE WORKSPACE) IMAP SETTINGS
G Suite (now Google Workspace) uses the same IMAP settings as Gmail but requires admin approval for app passwords.

Outlook.com (formerly Hotmail) requires app passwords for IMAP access when 2FA is enabled.
